Find the revenue leaking out of your business. In 30 minutes.
Most founders don't have a marketing problem. They have a leak problem. You pay to get people interested, then a chunk of them fall through a crack you can't see. No alarm goes off. The money just doesn't show up.
This is the exact audit I run before I touch a business. Seven tests. You run each one on yourself, right now, and check the box when it's leaking. Score updates as you go. No signup, no email, nothing to buy. You'll know exactly where the money's going by the end of this page.
Need: your phone+ a stopwatch+ 30 minutes of honesty
LEAK 01
The Speed Leak
The testGo to your own website on your phone, like a stranger would. Fill out your contact form, or send the email a real prospect would send. Use a name nobody at your company will recognize. Start a stopwatch.
Leak looks likeNobody responds in 5 minutes. Or an hour. Or you're reading this tomorrow and still nothing came back.
What it costsThe classic lead-response study found a lead contacted within 5 minutes is roughly 21x more likely to qualify than one contacted at 30 minutes. Every minute after that, the odds fall off a cliff. If your response time is measured in hours, you're paying full price for leads and capturing a fraction.
Patch / fixPatchAn auto-reply that actually says something, sent instantly.Real fixSomething that answers, qualifies, and books the moment the lead lands. Not a "we'll get back to you."
LEAK 02
The After-Hours Leak
The testRun the first test again, but at 9pm. Or Saturday. Whenever your team is off.
Leak looks likeThe lead sits untouched until Monday morning. By then they've already talked to two competitors.
What it costsA large share of buying intent happens outside business hours. Nights and weekends are when busy people finally sit down to solve their problem. If your business is closed when they're ready, you're handing those buyers to whoever isn't.
Patch / fixPatchA clear "here's what happens next" the second they reach out, any hour.Real fixA system that works the night shift. Every lead caught, answered, and lined up before you wake up.
LEAK 03
The Follow-Up Leak
The testPick one lead from your CRM or inbox who went quiet and never bought. Count how many times you followed up before you gave up.
Leak looks likeOne follow-up. Maybe two. Then silence.
What it costsMost deals aren't lost. They're abandoned. The majority of sales happen after the fifth touch, and the majority of businesses quit before the third. That gap is full of people who'd have bought if you'd stayed in front of them one more time.
Patch / fixPatchA written follow-up sequence, so "did they hear back" is never left to memory.Real fixPersistent follow-up that runs itself, adapts to how the lead responds, and never forgets one.
LEAK 04
The Capture Leak
The testLand on your homepage as a first-time visitor. Count the clicks and the seconds it takes to actually start a conversation or book something.
Leak looks likeNo obvious next step. A form that asks for eleven fields. A "contact us" buried in the footer. A phone number and a prayer.
What it costsEvery extra step between "interested" and "in touch" leaks people. Most visitors who wanted to talk left because you made the wrong thing easy. You paid to get them there and the door was hard to find.
Patch / fixPatchOne clear, single next action above the fold. Book, chat, or reply. One.Real fixA front door that answers the first question on the spot and turns a visit into a conversation without a human standing by.
LEAK 05
The Vanishing-Lead Leak
The testPull 10 leads from 60 days ago. For each one, say out loud what happened to them. Won, lost, ghosted, still open. Specifically.
Leak looks likeYou can account for three of them. The other seven are a shrug.
What it costsLeads you can't account for are pipeline that walked out the back door. If you don't know what happened, you can't tell fixable from dead, and you'll keep buying new leads to replace ones you never actually lost. You're topping up a bucket instead of finding the hole.
Patch / fixPatchOne place where every lead has a status, updated the day it changes.Real fixA single screen where every lead's fate is tracked automatically, so nothing goes dark and nothing gets double-bought.
LEAK 06
The Invisibility Leak
The testOpen ChatGPT or Google's AI search. Ask it: "Who are the best [your category] in [your area]?" or "What's a good [what you sell]?" See if you show up.
Leak looks likeIt names three competitors and not you.
What it costsBuyers increasingly ask an AI before they ask a search bar, and the AI only recommends what it can find and trust. If you're invisible where the decision is now being made, you're not in the running before the conversation even starts. This one leaks demand you never even see.
Patch / fixPatchMake sure your site actually says, in plain words, what you do and who you do it for.Real fixShowing up as the cited answer where buyers now look, in your real voice, not generic filler.
LEAK 07
The Blind-Spend Leak
The testName the exact source of your last five customers. Which channel, which post, which referral. Without guessing.
Leak looks likeYou know roughly. You don't know exactly.
What it costsYou can't scale what you can't see. If you don't know which effort produced revenue, you're funding the winners and the dead weight at the same rate, and you're one budget cut away from accidentally killing the thing that works. Guessing is expensive.
Patch / fixPatchAsk every new customer how they found you, and write it down.Real fixAttribution that ties revenue back to its source automatically, so you pour fuel on what's working and cut what isn't.
0/ 7 leaks foundCheck a box as you find each one.
What your score means
Count your checks. Here's the honest read.
0–1
Tight ship. Rare. You're leaving very little on the table. Your growth problem is volume, not leakage. Go get more at-bats.
2–3
Normal, and expensive. Most founder-led businesses live here. You're likely losing more revenue to these cracks than you'd spend to close them.
4+
You don't need more leads. You have a bucket with holes in it, and pouring more in just makes a bigger puddle. Fix the bucket first. Everything you spend on top of it will finally start to stick.
Finding the leak was the easy part
This page just did it in 30 minutes. Plugging it is the work: wiring capture, instant follow-up, after-hours coverage, and revenue tracking into one system that runs without you babysitting it. That's the part most founders never get to, because they're the ones holding the business together in the meantime.
That's what I build.
One system that catches every lead, works the night shift, follows up until it's answered, and shows you exactly what happened to every dollar. Done for you, not another tool to learn. If you found 3 or more leaks up there, that's not a maybe. That's revenue on the floor right now.
Found 3+ leaks? Let's plug them.
Bring your score to a 30-minute call. I'll tell you which leak to fix first and what it's realistically costing you every month. No pitch, just the number.
