MarqueeOS / Marquee Demand

Marquee Demand

Make the phone ring.

Marquee Demand is ad creative produced with AI, in days and for a fraction of what a shoot costs. So you can run several angles instead of betting the budget on one. Built by the people who also built the system that catches what they bring in.

  • Angles, not one guess. Three to five directions built to be tested against each other, then produced into whatever format each platform runs.
  • No crew, no location, no reshoot. A creative director still sets the direction. AI does the production. The budget goes into testing instead of into a shoot day.
  • Days, not weeks. The first tested angles go live inside the first two weeks.
  • Wired to the outcome. Every asset reports back which one actually drove revenue.

Most creative is a deliverable. This is a loop.

Five quick questions, then pick a time.

Sample angles

One shoot, one guess.
Or six angles, this week.

Six angles, built the way yours would be. The angle is the unit of work. The format follows the platform. These are shown in motion because video is the most expensive thing to shoot, and the clearest place to see the difference. The same angle ships as a still, a carousel, or a text hook wherever the surface takes those instead.

Sample creative produced to show range and standard. Representative of the work, not active client campaigns.
Shown in motion. Your campaign gets whatever formats the platforms you're running on actually accept.

What is Marquee Demand?

Marquee Demand is the done-for-you advertising and creative module of MarqueeOS. It pairs human creative direction with AI production to build ad angles, landing pages, and video, then runs them across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn and the emerging AI ad surfaces, then reads which angle actually drove revenue. It's one of three modules. Marquee Demand creates the demand, Marquee Pipeline captures and converts it, and Marquee Visibility makes sure buyers find you when they ask AI.

AI made creative cheap.
Cheap isn't the same as good.

Everyone now has the same models, the same templates, and the same prompts. So most AI creative lands in exactly the same place. Technically fine. Instantly forgettable. Ignored in the feed.

The thing AI still can't do is taste. Knowing which angle to lead with. Knowing what to cut. Knowing why one version stops the scroll and another dies on contact. That judgment is the whole game, and it's the part a competitor can't copy by buying the same tool you bought.

And the ad is rarely the problem anyway. Most businesses pour money in, get clicks, and still can't say where the revenue went. The leak is almost always what happens after the click, which is why this module was never sold on its own.

How it works

Direction first.
Then volume.

We don't generate a hundred random assets and hope. We decide what to say, produce it at speed, then let the market pick the winner.

Step 01Map the angles

We pressure-test your offer and pull out the handful of angles most likely to move your buyer. Strategy before pixels.

Step 02Set the direction

A human creative director defines the look, the message, and the standard every asset has to clear before it ships.

Step 03Produce at speed

Each angle becomes real, on-brand creative. Higgsfield for image and video, ElevenLabs for voice, Remotion for programmatic video, plus landing pages that match the ad. Days of output, not weeks.

Step 04Launch and read

We run the angles with tracking wired so the data is trustworthy, then find out which message the market actually rewards.

Step 05Scale the winner

We pour fuel on what works and kill what doesn't. The creative compounds instead of resetting every month.

We share how the system works, not the prompt library and direction playbook behind it. That part is what you're hiring.

Where the ads run

Wherever your buyers already are.
Plus where they're going.

Most of the money still moves on the platforms that have worked for a decade, and that's where a campaign starts. The AI surfaces are a bet placed alongside that spend while the window is cheap, never instead of it. Every surface accepts different creative, so the angle gets built once and produced into whatever that platform actually runs.

Anyone can run an ad.
The difference is what happens to it.

A standalone ad ends at the click and disappears into a black box. Inside MarqueeOS the ad is one stage of a loop that catches the lead, follows up in seconds, and reports which creative drove revenue. The ad isn't the product. The loop is.

01 · DEMAND
Create

The creative goes out and fills the funnel.

02 · PIPELINE
Capture

Every lead it brings in gets caught, not missed.

03 · PIPELINE
Convert

Instant follow-up turns leads into conversations.

04 · PIPELINE
Measure

You see which angle actually drove revenue.

The honest comparison

Three ways to get creative made.

The old way

Agency or freelancer

  • Weeks per round
  • Expensive per asset
  • One polished guess
  • Slow to test and iterate
  • Hands you files, then leaves
The cheap way

An AI tool you run yourself

  • Cheap, if your time is free
  • Looks like everyone else's
  • No angle strategy
  • No read on what converted
  • You're still the bottleneck
This

Marquee Demand

  • Days per round
  • Several angles for less than one shoot
  • Direction a tool can't fake
  • Built to scale the winner
  • Wired to the system that measures it

Who this is for.

  • Founder-led businesses doing $1M to $50M, roughly 5 to 50 people
  • You already believe in advertising, or you're tired of creative that's too slow and too expensive
  • Your ads look like every other AI ad in the feed and you know it
  • You want more tested angles, not more meetings
  • You can make a decision without a committee

Not a fit: pre-revenue, no ad budget, or shopping for the cheapest option. And if someone on your team has already built a version of this that works, say so on the call. We'll tell you whether it's worth replacing.

Questions.

Is this AI slop?
No. AI handles production. A human creative director sets the strategy, the angles, and the standard every asset has to clear before it ships. But the claim isn't that you can't tell AI made it. The claim is that several angles now cost less than one shoot and arrive in days, so the market picks the winner instead of a production budget picking it in advance. The six films on this page are the range.
How is this different from a creative agency?
A traditional agency is slow and expensive because humans produce everything by hand, and you get one polished guess in weeks. Marquee Demand uses AI for production speed and a human director for taste, so you get several angles tested against each other in days. The other difference is that an agency hands over files and leaves. This is wired into the system that measures which angle made money.
What ad formats do you produce?
Whatever the platform accepts. ChatGPT Ads currently runs text, image and carousel, with no video, so a campaign starting there gets stills, carousels and written hooks. Meta and the video surfaces get motion. The angle is built once and produced into each format, which is why the same idea can run in three places without being rewritten three times. Formats on these platforms change often, and we confirm the current spec on your account before anything is built.
Why is your sample work all video, then?
Because motion is the most expensive thing to produce the old way, so it shows the difference most clearly. If six films can be made in the time a shoot takes to schedule, a static ad is the easy part. It's a demonstration of range, not a description of what your campaign will be. What you get depends on where you're running.
Do you only run ChatGPT Ads?
No, and most campaigns don't even start there. Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn are where the volume still is, and that's usually where the spend goes first. ChatGPT Ads is a bet placed alongside that while the window is cheap. Tying a business to a single ad platform means renting your growth from someone else's roadmap, and it contradicts the point of the system, which is that the ad is one stage of a loop rather than the product itself.
What do you actually produce?
Ad creative in multiple angles, landing pages that match the ad, and supporting content. Produced with frontier models, Higgsfield for image and video, ElevenLabs for voice, and Remotion for programmatic video, all directed by a human.
Do you write the copy too?
Yes. Copy, concept, and visual direction are all part of the work, because the message and the creative win or lose together.
How fast is it?
Days, not weeks. The first set of tested angles is typically live within the first two weeks.
Do I need a big ad budget?
A modest test budget is enough to get real signal. We tell you the floor on the call. Ad spend is separate and you pay the platforms directly.
What if the ads don't work?
Then you've learned which angles your market rejects, with the tracking to prove it, which is worth more than another quarter of guessing. This is also why the module is wired to Marquee Pipeline. If the ads bring leads and revenue still doesn't move, the problem was never the ad, and you'll be able to see exactly where it actually went.
What does it cost?
Scope and price are set on the call, because the honest number depends on how many angles, how many surfaces, and what already exists. Nothing is published here that we'd have to walk back in the room.

everyone else's.
