Privacy Policy

Effective: July 3, 2026 Last updated: July 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Marquee AI Venture Studio LLC, doing business as MarqueeOS ("MarqueeOS," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our website at marqueeos.co (the "Site") and our related communications and services.

We built the Site to be lightweight and privacy-respecting. We use Google Analytics to measure Site traffic in aggregate, which sets first-party analytics cookies. We do not set advertising cookies and do not run third-party advertising pixels. Most information we hold about you is information you choose to give us, for example when you email us or book a call.

2. How we use information

We use the information above to:

We do not use the Site to serve behavioral advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles about visitors.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as follows:

4. Cookies & tracking

The MarqueeOS marketing Site uses Google Analytics, which sets first-party analytics cookies to measure Site traffic and usage in aggregate. We do not set advertising cookies and do not use third-party advertising pixels. Our hosting provider may also use strictly necessary technical measures to deliver and secure the Site. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or block cookies through your browser settings. Third-party tools you interact with off-Site (such as Cal.com when you book a call, or Stripe when you pay an invoice) may use their own cookies under their own policies.

5. Client engagement data

If you become a MarqueeOS client, the data you share with us during a paid engagement is governed primarily by the confidentiality and data terms of our Master Services Agreement (MSA) and applicable Statement of Work, not by this Site Privacy Policy. Where those terms conflict with this Policy for engagement data, the signed agreement controls.

In the course of delivering services, we may process client data using AI and automation tools as permitted by our engagement agreement. We bind our subprocessors to confidentiality obligations consistent with that agreement.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, including to provide our services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

7. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices & rights

9. California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively "CCPA"), gives you certain rights. We provide these rights regardless of whether we are strictly required to as a covered business.

Categories of personal information

In the past 12 months we may have collected the following categories: identifiers (such as name, email, IP address); commercial information (such as services inquired about or purchased); internet or network activity (such as server log data and Google Analytics usage data); and professional or employment-related information (such as company and role). We collect these from you directly, from your use of the Site, and from business data providers or public sources.

Your CCPA rights

To exercise any of these rights, email support@marqueeos.co with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We will verify your request by reasonable means, typically by confirming control of the email address on file, and will respond within the timeframes required by law. You may use an authorized agent, with proof of authorization.

10. Children's privacy

The Site and our services are directed to businesses and are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, take additional steps as required by law. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
